配置文件

Michael Pratt is an expert with all things that are work related – job engagement, passion at work, how organizations define themselves (largely to their employees), alternate work arrangements (e.g., distributed workforce - working from home - and what this means for the people who are left behind at the office), how physical features of the workplace influence how people work, and how individuals connect with the work that they do, and the people they do it with. Dr. Pratt’s recent research projects center on meaningful work, ambivalence at work, organizational mourning (coping with losing one's organization), employee-customer identification, and how trust is created when there is very little "direct evidence" of performance. He is also interested in leadership, identity-based conflict, nonconscious processes in organizations, and intuition. Dr. Pratt’s work has appeared in various outlets, including the Academy of 管理 Annual Review, Academy of 管理 Journal, Academy of 管理 Review, Administrative 科学 Quarterly, Journal of 管理 Inquiry, Journal of 管理 Studies, Journal of Organizational Change 管理, Journal of the Academy of 市场营销 科学, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, 管理 Learning, Organizational 电子游戏正规平台 Methods, Organization 科学, Qualitative Inquiry, 科学, Small Group 电子游戏正规平台, Studies in Cultures, Organizations and Societies, and in numerous edited books.
